We plan drop-off and collection points realistically for the venue, keep the chauffeur waiting nearby rather than re-parking, and expect the late finish rather than treating it as an exception.

We do not sell tickets or venue access
To be clear from the outset: we have no ticket allocations, no venue access arrangements and no privileged parking at any stadium, arena or racecourse. What we provide is the transport around your own tickets and plans — getting you there in good time and getting you home afterwards without the usual scramble for a car.
Drop-off is easy; collection needs a plan
Most venues allow a straightforward drop close to an entrance before the event. The return leg is the part that goes wrong for people who haven't planned it — roads closed, thousands of people leaving at once, and a driver who's re-parked half a mile away. We agree a realistic pick-up point in advance, and rather than have the chauffeur circle or re-park, we typically hold the vehicle in a suitable waiting area nearby, ready to move to the agreed point once you're out.
Late finishes are the normal case, not the exception
Galas run long, matches go to extra time, race meetings have delayed final races. We build an expected finish window into the booking rather than a single fixed time, and confirm the collection point and approximate time again closer to the finish by message, so there's no ambiguity about where to walk to.
What we need to plan your event transport
To set the drop-off and collection plan properly, tell us:
- Venue and gate or entrance, if known
- Event start time and expected finish (or likely range)
- Number of passengers and any evening dress considerations for luggage
- Whether outbound and return legs are both needed
- Any second stop, such as a pre-event dinner
