Quotations and bookings
Quotations are fixed for the journey and inclusions described. A booking is confirmed only once we have issued a written confirmation.
Fulfilment
Private hire journeys are fulfilled by appropriately licensed private hire operators, vehicles and drivers. Regulated security services are fulfilled by appropriately SIA-licensed professionals. Vehicles are provided by class; a specific make or model is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Passenger conduct and liability
Passengers are asked to travel safely and lawfully. Waiting time, additional stops, route changes and cleaning may be chargeable where they materially change the booked journey.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Final wording is to be confirmed before publication.
