Built for tight, overlapping meeting chains
A roadshow day rarely has slack in it. Meetings in the City, then Mayfair, then a lunch venue, then back out to Canary Wharf, often for two or three teams moving independently. We plan routes and dwell times against your actual itinerary rather than treating each leg as a separate booking, so a chauffeur waiting outside meeting three already knows the risk on meeting four.
Where a delay is likely — a meeting overrunning, traffic on a bridge crossing — we flag it to your coordinator early rather than leaving it to be discovered at the kerb.
One coordinator, several vehicles
Every roadshow booking, however many cars are involved, is managed by a single named coordinator on our side. They hold the whole day's plan, take amendments as the schedule shifts, and are the one number your EA or travel manager needs to call.
Vehicles are matched to purpose: an Executive saloon for a two-person team moving fast between meetings, a Luxury SUV or First Class car for a principal, a Group vehicle when the full team travels together with materials and cases.
Consolidated billing for finance teams
Roadshows typically generate several bookings across one or two weeks. We can consolidate these onto a single invoice with a breakdown by date, vehicle and cost centre, which suits how most corporate finance and travel teams reconcile expenditure. Corporate accounts are available on request for firms running roadshows repeatedly.
What we need to build an accurate quote
The more of the itinerary you can share up front, the tighter the plan and the quote. As a minimum we ask for:
- Number of travellers and how they split across cars
- Meeting addresses and expected times, including likely overruns
- Luggage or materials being carried (pitch books, screens, cases)
- Whether any leg needs to run in convoy with another vehicle
- Billing contact and whether a consolidated invoice is required

Full-day rates start from £550 for 8–10 hours; multi-vehicle roadshows are quoted as a fixed daily figure per car once the itinerary is confirmed.
