Arrival and getting to your hotel
Direct flights from Italy's main cities land mostly at Heathrow and Gatwick, with some routes into London City and Stansted. Your chauffeur meets you past customs and takes you directly to your hotel in Mayfair, Knightsbridge or Belgravia, which suits most visitors combining a stay with an evening's dining or theatre.

Choosing a hotel district for an evening-heavy stay
Mayfair and Belgravia keep you close to the main West End theatres and a wide choice of restaurants, which suits a trip built mostly around evenings out; Knightsbridge is a reasonable alternative if shopping is a bigger part of the plan, though evening journeys into the theatre district take slightly longer from there.
During the busiest months for London theatre and dining — broadly the run-up to Christmas and the spring and summer season — restaurant and show finish times cluster together across the West End, so we recommend confirming your evening bookings as early as possible and letting us hold a chauffeur on standby rather than a fixed collection time alone.
