Cancellation Policy
How cancellations, amendments and no-shows are treated.

Transfers and hourly bookings
Amendments and cancellations made with reasonable notice before the scheduled pickup are intended to be accepted without charge. Final notice periods to be confirmed.
Tours and full-day bookings
Day tours and full-day chauffeur bookings may require longer notice because vehicles and chauffeurs are reserved exclusively for you.
Multi-day, corporate and security assignments
These bookings are individually scoped and may carry deposit and cancellation terms confirmed in your written quotation.
Delays and no-shows
Flight delays are monitored and pickups adjusted at no charge. Where a passenger cannot be located and no contact is possible, waiting time and a no-show charge may apply.
Private hire journeys are fulfilled by appropriately licensed private hire operators, vehicles and drivers.
Regulated security services are fulfilled by appropriately SIA-licensed professionals.
