We are not a partner of any named hotel, but we are used to working the way concierge desks operate: a guest asks at short notice, the desk needs a price and an ETA within minutes, and the booking needs to be confirmed before the guest leaves the lobby. We reply to concierge enquiries within the hour, 24/7, with a fixed written quotation the desk can relay straight back.
For repeat enquiries from the same property, we can set up a simple standing arrangement so the desk isn't re-explaining vehicle options and pricing each time.
Guest handovers at the kerb
Chauffeurs are briefed to identify themselves clearly to the doorman or bell desk, confirm the guest's name quietly rather than calling it out, and handle luggage without fuss. Where a guest is a VIP, a family, or travelling with children requiring free child seats, we ask the desk to flag this at booking so the chauffeur and vehicle are matched appropriately in advance.
Billing that suits the property
Some desks prefer to charge the fare to the guest's room folio and settle with us separately; others prefer the guest pays us directly and the desk simply makes the introduction. Both are straightforward — tell us which applies when you book, and we'll issue receipts accordingly. Properties booking frequently can move to a consolidated monthly account.
