Arriving from Spain
Most direct flights from Spain land at Heathrow or Gatwick, with some routes into London City for business travellers from Madrid or Barcelona. Routings and terminals vary by airline and season, so we ask for your flight number rather than assuming a terminal, and we track the inbound flight so a delayed departure from Spain doesn't leave you waiting at an empty kerb.
Luggage for a long weekend is rarely a problem, but if you're bringing golf clubs, extra shopping cases for the return, or travelling as a family of four or more, let us know at booking so we can match the vehicle — an Executive saloon suits two people and cabin bags, while a Luxury SUV or Group vehicle handles a family with full suitcases more comfortably.
A theatre and dining weekend
A typical two-night visit built around an evening at the theatre might run: afternoon arrival and hotel check-in, a Covent Garden or Mayfair dinner reservation, then a West End show with the car held nearby rather than released after drop-off, so there's no scramble for a taxi in the rain once the curtain falls.
A second, quieter alternative for a first visit: a late-morning private tour taking in Westminster and Knightsbridge, an afternoon of shopping around Bond Street, and dinner booked somewhere your hotel concierge or our team can suggest — with the car adjusting its pickup time if the afternoon overruns.
