Consistency over volume
For UHNW principals and family offices, the value of a chauffeur relationship is rarely about the car — it's about a driver who already knows the school run, the preferred entrance at a building, and not to make small talk before 8am. Wherever a stay or an arrangement runs beyond a single journey, we work to keep the same chauffeur assigned throughout, rather than sending whoever is next available.
This applies equally to a single week in London for a visiting principal and to a standing arrangement for a resident family, where the same one or two chauffeurs become a known, trusted part of the household's routine.
Household coordination, not just journeys
Family office travel often means coordinating several people at once — principal, spouse, children, staff, guests — sometimes moving separately and sometimes together. A single coordinator on our side holds the whole pattern of movements for a household, so a school pick-up change or a late dinner booking doesn't need to be re-explained from scratch each time.
Multi-vehicle days are handled the same way as for corporate clients: vehicles matched by purpose, from a Luxury SUV for the school run to a First Class saloon for an evening engagement.
Confidentiality as standard practice
Chauffeurs working with family offices are briefed to keep addresses, schedules and passenger details strictly confidential, and we do not discuss any client's travel arrangements with third parties. Where a family office or principal wants this formalised, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before any details are shared.
