An older building that handles a heavy long-haul load
Terminal 3's arrivals hall is one of the busier at Heathrow, particularly across the mid-morning and evening banks when several wide-body long-haul services can land in close succession. The corridor from the gate to baggage reclaim is longer than at some of Heathrow's newer buildings, and immigration queues can run longer at peak times, so we brief your chauffeur to allow for that rather than expecting a fast walk-through.
