London chauffeur service for visitors from Ireland
With flights from Dublin, Cork and Shannon landing throughout the day, visitors from Ireland often treat London as a genuine day trip — a match, a conference, a single meeting — as much as a weekend away. We build the transfer and any waiting time around your actual schedule, so a same-day return works as smoothly as a longer stay.

Ways to travel
Choose the shape of the trip
Each of these is quoted individually against your actual dates and itinerary. Tickets, admissions, guides, parking and waiting time are only included where your written quotation says so.
Arrival + return
Airport or St Pancras arrival with a meet-and-greet, plus the return journey booked at the same time.
London weekend
A chauffeur on hand across a short stay — hotel, dinner, theatre and shopping movements sequenced around your plans.
London + countryside
London days combined with unhurried day trips such as Windsor, Oxford, the Cotswolds, Bath or Cambridge.
Business itinerary
Meeting-by-meeting chauffeur cover for a working trip, with waiting time and schedule changes handled by one coordinator.
Same-day trips need different planning
A day return from Dublin to London for a conference, a match or a single client meeting has almost no slack in it. We check your outbound and return flight times together, plan for realistic dwell time at your destination, and hold the chauffeur on standby rather than booking a fixed drop-off and hoping the day runs to plan.
Heathrow, Gatwick, London City and Luton all serve Irish routes depending on your airline, and London City in particular suits short business trips well given its proximity to the City and Canary Wharf.
Events and corporate day visits
For a conference, an awards evening or a sporting fixture, the useful part of the service is usually the return leg — being collected promptly when the event finishes rather than joining a taxi queue with everyone else leaving at once. We track event finish times where possible and keep the chauffeur nearby rather than scheduled to arrive exactly on the advertised end time.
Corporate day visits — a single client meeting in the City, a site visit, a court appearance — work the same way: one transfer from the airport, the car held during the meeting, and a return transfer timed to when you're actually ready rather than when the meeting was supposed to finish.
- Day visit: airport arrival, chauffeur to meeting or venue, car held on standby, return transfer to the airport
- Weekend stay: airport transfer, evening chauffeur to a restaurant or show, day tour to Windsor or the Cotswolds, departure transfer
Weekend stays
Visitors extending a trip into a full weekend often want the flexibility to move between a hotel, restaurants and a show without booking each leg separately. An hourly chauffeur booking covers this well, giving you a car and driver available across an evening or a full day rather than a series of separate transfers.
What we need for an accurate quote
For a tight day-trip schedule especially, accuracy matters. Please share:
- Outbound and return flight times, including airline and terminal
- The event, meeting or venue address and expected finish time
- Whether the chauffeur needs to wait, and for how long
- Number of passengers travelling together
Business-day logistics for a tight schedule
A single City meeting squeezed either side of a same-day Dublin flight leaves little room for error, so we treat the drop-off and collection as two separate problems rather than one round trip: the outbound leg is timed against your meeting start with a margin for traffic, and the return leg is planned around when the meeting is actually likely to finish rather than when it was scheduled to.
If your day includes more than one stop — a client office followed by a quick call at a second address — tell us both locations up front so the chauffeur can plan the route rather than receiving a second address as a surprise mid-journey.
