Wedding chauffeur services in London

A wedding day has one immovable moment — the ceremony start time — and everything else is built backwards from it. We plan the chauffeur element of the day around that reality: multiple pick-ups, a margin for the dress and the traffic, and a car that becomes a genuine part of the day rather than just transport.

Working backwards from the ceremony

We build the day's timing plan backwards from the ceremony start, allowing realistic margin for getting the wedding party ready, into the car, and to the venue with time to spare rather than arriving at the last minute. That margin matters more on a wedding day than almost any other booking, because there is no later slot to move into if something runs behind.

More than one movement, usually

Most wedding days involve several distinct movements, not one: bridal party to the ceremony, groom and best man earlier, guests between ceremony and reception venues if they differ, and the couple's own departure — sometimes to a third location for photographs. We plan the full sequence as one booking, with vehicles assigned to each leg, rather than treating it as a single journey.

The car as part of the day

For the couple's own journey, the vehicle itself is part of the day, not just transport — First Class saloons and Luxury SUVs are the vehicles most often chosen for this leg. We take dress and luggage space into account when recommending a vehicle: a full-length gown, veil and any accessories need genuine space to travel undamaged, which we factor into vehicle choice rather than assuming any car will do.

Rehearsal-day logistics and what we need to quote

Where a rehearsal or venue visit the day before is useful for the chauffeur to see access and parking at the venue, we can arrange this as part of the booking. To put together an accurate quotation, we ask for:

  • Ceremony and reception venues and timings
  • Who needs collecting, from where, and in what order
  • Dress details relevant to space (train length, headpiece)
  • Whether photographs are planned at a separate location
  • Any guest transport needed between venues
