Private aviation chauffeur transfers

Private aviation movements — Farnborough, Biggin Hill, Luton and Stansted are the ones we see most — run to their own timetable, shaped by slot times, customs and the handling agent rather than a public departure board. We plan transfers around that reality, coordinating with the handling agent where they permit it, for principals and for crew.

Farnborough, Biggin Hill, Luton and Stansted

These are the private aviation and business jet terminals we're most regularly asked to serve for London-area movements. Journey times from central London vary considerably by terminal and time of day, so we build in realistic margins rather than a single quoted duration, and we track the actual movement time where a flight schedule is shared with us.

We do not have airside access or ticketed privileges of any kind — our role begins and ends at the terminal kerb or the FBO forecourt, coordinated with whoever is managing you on the ground there.

Coordinating with the handling agent

Where a handling agent or operator is managing the movement and is willing to share timings — block times, likely delays, gate or stand information relevant to the kerb — we will liaise with them directly so the chauffeur is positioned correctly and briefed on any last-minute change. Where an agent's process doesn't permit this, we work from the schedule the client or their office provides and stay in contact for updates.

Crew and principal movements

We support both principal transfers and crew movements, which often have different requirements — crew changes tend to be time-sensitive and recurring, while principal transfers are usually a single well-briefed journey with particular attention to discretion at the kerb and minimal waiting. Both can be arranged under one corporate account where an operator or office books regularly.

What we need to quote

To give an accurate fixed quotation for a private aviation transfer, we ask for:

  • The FBO or private terminal and the pick-up or drop-off address
  • Estimated block, arrival or departure time, and whether it's a crew or principal movement
  • Number of passengers and luggage, including any crew bags
  • Contact details for the handling agent, if coordination is wanted
  • Whether the journey is one-off or part of a recurring pattern
