Private-hire transport advertised or arranged through Syon Executive is fulfilled through appropriately licensed private-hire operators using appropriately licensed vehicles and drivers.

Syon Executive is not identified on this page as holding a private-hire operator licence, and should not be understood to be the licensed operator accepting the regulated private-hire journey. The transport booking is accepted and performed through the appropriately licensed operator allocated to the journey.

Provider and operator information relevant to your journey will be supplied as part of the booking process or confirmation where required.

Chauffeurs performing regulated private-hire journeys must hold the licences and permissions required for the service they perform through their operator.

Vehicles used for regulated private-hire services are supplied through the relevant licensed provider and must hold the required licensing and insurance for the service being performed.

Regulated security and close-protection services arranged through Syon Executive are fulfilled by appropriately SIA-licensed professionals and providers.

A chauffeur service is not represented as close protection unless properly licensed personnel have been separately arranged. See Executive Protection.

Syon offers chauffeur-driven private travel and can arrange professional guides. Unless specifically confirmed, a chauffeur is providing transport rather than acting as a licensed or professional tourist guide.

Concierge services may involve third-party providers including restaurants, attractions, ticketing providers, guides and other suppliers. Confirmation remains subject to the relevant provider’s availability and terms.

Private-hire transport is fulfilled using providers, vehicles and drivers required to maintain the licences and insurance applicable to the journey they perform.
