Meeting you on arrival
Once you have confirmed how and where you will be arriving in the UK, we can arrange a chauffeur to meet you at that point — an airport, a rail terminus, or another agreed location — and take you directly to your accommodation. Because routings for journeys from Ukraine can vary and change, we don't assume a fixed airport or route in advance; we simply ask you to confirm your arrival details once they are set, and we'll plan around them.
If your travel plans change close to arrival, let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust the pickup accordingly.
