Each of these is quoted individually against your actual dates and itinerary. Tickets, admissions, guides, parking and waiting time are only included where your written quotation says so.

Meeting-by-meeting chauffeur cover for a working trip, with waiting time and schedule changes handled by one coordinator.
Arriving with a family
Direct flights from Sweden generally arrive at Heathrow, Gatwick or London City, though routings vary by airline and airport pairing. For families, the first hour after landing matters most — a chauffeur who knows to bring a booster seat if requested, who allows time for buggies and extra cases, and who doesn't rush a tired child through the arrivals hall.
If a car seat, booster seat or extra luggage space is needed, let us know when booking; we'll confirm what can be provided and match the vehicle accordingly rather than leaving it to be sorted out at the kerb.
Electric vehicle requests
Where a lower-emission journey matters to your family, an electric or hybrid vehicle can be requested for the transfer. This is subject to availability on the day and will be confirmed in writing before travel — we don't guarantee a specific vehicle type by default, but we're happy to try to match one to your booking.

A relaxed family itinerary might combine an unhurried museum morning with an afternoon at leisure, avoiding the temptation to cram too much into one jet-lagged day.
- Day one: airport transfer, hotel check-in, gentle afternoon walk near the hotel, early night

Luggage and group size
Family trips often mean more luggage than a typical business transfer — pushchairs, ski or sports bags, or cases for an extended stay. Tell us the number of adults, children and bags at booking so we can offer a Group vehicle or Luxury SUV rather than an Executive saloon that turns out too small on the day.

- Number of adults and children, and whether a car seat is required
- Luggage type and quantity, including pushchairs or sports equipment
- Whether an electric or hybrid vehicle is preferred

Choosing a hotel area that suits a family pace
Families travelling with young children often find a base near South Kensington or Marylebone easier to manage than the busiest parts of the West End — shorter walks back from an afternoon out, and quieter streets for an early evening once a child is tired. Knightsbridge and Mayfair suit a couple or older children well if the trip leans more towards shopping and dining than museum mornings.
