Sequencing a countryside day

For a shorter half-day, London's own highlights are better suited to a later start, since traffic around the main sights tends to ease slightly by mid-morning compared with the earliest part of the day.
What to confirm before the car is booked
For a family group where luggage and passenger numbers might change close to the trip, tell us the maximum likely group size when you enquire rather than the confirmed minimum, so the vehicle plan already allows for it rather than needing a late change.
If the visit combines a business day with family time later in the stay, let the coordinator know both purposes up front — the vehicle and chauffeur needs for a meeting day are usually different from those for a family outing, and planning for both from the start avoids duplicated bookings.
