Connecting journeys into London
As there is no direct route from Pristina, most visitors connect through a hub such as Vienna, Zurich or Istanbul before arriving into Heathrow, Gatwick or Luton. Rather than guessing at your overall journey time, we track the final inbound flight into London and time the pickup against that, so an earlier delay elsewhere in the routing doesn't leave you waiting at the wrong moment.

Travelling with older relatives or young children
Extended family visits from Kosovo often include a wide age range in the same group — grandparents making a long journey alongside young grandchildren — and the practical needs of each end of that range are quite different. For older relatives, a slower pace between the airport and the final address, with a stop if needed, tends to matter more than the vehicle itself; for young children, a suitable car seat and a shorter overall journey time are usually the priority.
