What to confirm before the car is booked
A stopover itinerary depends on a few details being pinned down before we can confirm the day: your exact layover window including check-in and security time at the departure end, whether both flights are on the same booking or separate tickets, and how much flexibility you have if the inbound flight is early or late.
For a family break rather than a stopover, confirm the hotel's exact address rather than just the area, since drop-off points in central London can vary considerably even within the same postcode, and let us know if you'll need the car again later the same day so we can hold rather than release it.
