London chauffeur service for visitors from Finland
Helsinki flights into London mostly land at Heathrow, with some routes into Gatwick or London City for business travellers. Whether you're bringing the family for a school-holiday trip or flying in for a single meeting, we plan the car and the pick-up around your actual itinerary rather than a generic transfer slot.

Ways to travel
Choose the shape of the trip
Each of these is quoted individually against your actual dates and itinerary. Tickets, admissions, guides, parking and waiting time are only included where your written quotation says so.
Arrival + return
Airport or St Pancras arrival with a meet-and-greet, plus the return journey booked at the same time.
London weekend
A chauffeur on hand across a short stay — hotel, dinner, theatre and shopping movements sequenced around your plans.
London + countryside
London days combined with unhurried day trips such as Windsor, Oxford, the Cotswolds, Bath or Cambridge.
Business itinerary
Meeting-by-meeting chauffeur cover for a working trip, with waiting time and schedule changes handled by one coordinator.
Where flights from Finland arrive
Heathrow takes the bulk of Helsinki routes, though Gatwick and London City both see service depending on the airline and time of year. We ask for your flight number regardless of airport and track it directly, so the pick-up moves with any delay rather than being fixed to the original schedule.
Family holidays and electric vehicles
Families visiting during school holidays often bring more luggage and equipment than a typical short business trip — skis in winter are an unlikely but real example, more commonly prams, car seats and extra cases. Tell us what you're bringing and we'll allocate a Group vehicle or Luxury SUV rather than an undersized saloon.
Where lower-emission travel matters to your family, an electric vehicle can be requested for the transfer or for touring days during your stay. This is arranged as a specific request, confirmed in writing ahead of your journey and subject to availability, rather than a standard default vehicle.
Two suggested days
- A family day: airport collection with car seats if needed, drop at your hotel, then a relaxed half-day at a museum or park with the chauffeur waiting nearby.
- A day trip out of town: a morning at Windsor or Oxford, lunch locally, and a return in the afternoon in time for dinner in central London.
Business travel with a tight schedule
For business visitors with back-to-back meetings, an hourly booking generally works better than individual taxis, particularly across the City, Canary Wharf or Mayfair, where several short hops in one day are common. Let us know your meeting addresses in advance so the day is planned rather than assembled on the fly.
What makes a quote accurate
To give a firm quote rather than a guess, we need:
- Flight number and arrival airport
- Group size, children's ages if car seats are required, and luggage or equipment
- Whether an electric vehicle is requested
- Hotel, meeting or day-trip addresses
- Whether the booking is one journey, a full day, or covers your whole stay
Sequencing a countryside day from London
A day trip to Windsor or Oxford works best with a realistic amount of time built in either side — allowing for the drive out, a proper look around, lunch, and the drive back without rushing the return in time for a fixed evening plan. Families with young children in particular benefit from starting mid-morning rather than first thing, giving everyone time to settle before a longer car journey.
