Direct and connecting arrivals
Some visitors from Estonia fly direct into Heathrow or Gatwick; others connect through a European hub, which can mean the final leg into London lands at a different time than originally booked. We track the actual incoming flight number so the pick-up time adjusts automatically if a connection runs early or late.
Families and electric vehicle requests
