London chauffeur service for visitors from Denmark
Copenhagen to London is a short flight, but arriving with young children, prams and connecting bags still calls for a car that's been booked with your family in mind rather than whatever happens to be free. We plan the vehicle and the pick-up around your actual party, and can arrange an electric vehicle on request, subject to availability.

Ways to travel
Choose the shape of the trip
Each of these is quoted individually against your actual dates and itinerary. Tickets, admissions, guides, parking and waiting time are only included where your written quotation says so.
Arrival + return
Airport or St Pancras arrival with a meet-and-greet, plus the return journey booked at the same time.
London weekend
A chauffeur on hand across a short stay — hotel, dinner, theatre and shopping movements sequenced around your plans.
London + countryside
London days combined with unhurried day trips such as Windsor, Oxford, the Cotswolds, Bath or Cambridge.
Business itinerary
Meeting-by-meeting chauffeur cover for a working trip, with waiting time and schedule changes handled by one coordinator.
Arriving as a family
Direct flights from Copenhagen mostly land at Heathrow or Gatwick, with occasional services to London City for business travellers preferring a quicker route into the centre. For families, we track your flight and match the car to your party — car seats and prams take up real space, so tell us how many children and what equipment you're travelling with when you request a quote.
Electric vehicles on request
Where sustainable travel matters to your family or your organisation, an electric vehicle can be requested for your transfer or touring day, subject to availability and confirmation in writing at the time of booking. It isn't the default vehicle for every booking, so please ask specifically and we'll confirm whether one can be allocated to your journey.
Two family-friendly days in London
- Day one: a relaxed morning at a museum or park, chauffeur waiting nearby rather than needing to be re-booked, then an afternoon transfer to your hotel or a family meal.
- Day two: a half-day drive out to Windsor, timed around nap schedules or school-age attention spans rather than a fixed coach departure time.
Luggage, car seats and group size
If your family is travelling with a car seat you'd like fitted, or a pram that needs to fold into the boot, mention this when booking — it affects which vehicle we allocate and how much notice the chauffeur needs at pick-up. Larger families or those travelling with grandparents often do better with a Group vehicle than trying to fit everyone and everything into a standard saloon.
What makes a quote accurate
For a precise, no-surprises quote, please include:
- Flight number and arrival airport
- Number of adults and children, and ages if car seats are needed
- Luggage, prams and any other equipment
- Whether an electric vehicle is requested
- Planned stops, such as a museum visit or a day trip to Windsor
Hotel-district choices for families
Families often do well choosing a base near Kensington, Marylebone or South Kensington, all of which sit close to museums and parks without requiring a long transfer for every outing. A shorter journey between the hotel and the day's activities tends to matter more with young children than it does on a purely adult itinerary, since travel time eats into nap schedules and patience alike.
