London chauffeur service for visitors from Cyprus
Flights from Larnaca and Paphos generally land at Heathrow or Gatwick after several hours in the air, and after a long journey the last thing you want is to hunt for a taxi or work out the Underground with cases in tow. A pre-booked chauffeur has your name on a board and your route already planned.

Ways to travel
Choose the shape of the trip
Each of these is quoted individually against your actual dates and itinerary. Tickets, admissions, guides, parking and waiting time are only included where your written quotation says so.
Arrival + return
Airport or St Pancras arrival with a meet-and-greet, plus the return journey booked at the same time.
London weekend
A chauffeur on hand across a short stay — hotel, dinner, theatre and shopping movements sequenced around your plans.
London + countryside
London days combined with unhurried day trips such as Windsor, Oxford, the Cotswolds, Bath or Cambridge.
Business itinerary
Meeting-by-meeting chauffeur cover for a working trip, with waiting time and schedule changes handled by one coordinator.
A long-weekend rhythm
Many visitors from Cyprus treat London as a long-weekend destination — theatre, dining, a spot of shopping — rather than a fortnight's holiday, which changes how a chauffeur booking is best used. Rather than a single transfer, it's often more useful to book a car for the whole stay or for specific evenings, so you're not relying on taxi availability after a show lets out at 10.30pm.
An evening booking to a West End theatre followed by a late dinner reservation is one of the more common requests we handle for shorter stays, and it removes the need to plan around public transport timetables at the end of a night out.
Two itinerary suggestions
- A theatre-and-dining evening: pick-up from your hotel, drop at your chosen theatre, then on to a restaurant in Covent Garden or Mayfair, with the same chauffeur returning you afterwards.
- A shopping and sightseeing day: Knightsbridge and Bond Street in the morning, lunch nearby, then an afternoon drive to Windsor or a slower walk around Kensington before returning to your hotel.
Luggage and group size
Long-weekend visitors typically travel lighter than family holidaymakers, but groups of four or more with hand luggage and one or two larger cases usually need a Luxury SUV or Group vehicle rather than a standard saloon. Tell us your group size when requesting a quote so the right car is booked from the outset.
What makes a quote accurate
A precise quote depends on a few details up front:
- Flight number and arrival terminal
- Hotel or address for drop-off
- Whether you need transport for specific evenings during your stay, not just arrival and departure
- Number of passengers and luggage
- Any theatre or restaurant bookings with fixed times we should plan around
What to confirm before the car is booked
For an evening built around a fixed curtain time or restaurant reservation, it helps to confirm the exact venue address and the time you need to arrive, rather than a rough estimate. Central London traffic can vary significantly by time of day, and knowing the fixed point you're working towards lets the chauffeur plan the route and departure time properly.
If your stay includes several such evenings, sharing the full list at the time of booking, rather than one at a time, makes it easier to hold the same chauffeur across the whole visit where that continuity matters to you.
