For a large family airport transfer, provide the passenger count and a realistic luggage inventory before choosing the vehicle. A V-Class may suit many groups, but large suitcases, pushchairs and child seats can mean a second vehicle or a larger group-transfer solution is more appropriate.
The most common airport-transfer sizing mistake is counting seats and ignoring everything that needs to travel behind them.
Count luggage before choosing the vehicle

- Oversized shopping or sporting items
When one V-Class may not be enough
A luxury MPV is flexible, but capacity depends on the exact seating layout and luggage. A family with several large cases may be better served by two coordinated vehicles than by forcing every item into one vehicle.
Two vehicles can be the premium option
Splitting passengers and luggage across two vehicles can provide more comfortable seating, easier airport loading and a backup if part of the group needs to travel separately later in the stay.
Plan the return at the same time
If the group will leave London with additional shopping, tell the operator. The vehicle that worked on arrival may no longer be the right configuration for the return airport journey.
